Yep. And it looks like nobody ever produced. Maybe there should be a new contest thread for fastest times and such.

It's funny how people often suggest the search tool. Why start a new thread about the exact same subject? So it could be linked to this one? Naaaaa. I personally would like to see this contest and the results.

Yes, it is....Seems there were no videos ever produced for this contest that I know of. It was started in mid September 2007. It was a discussion on getting a contest started. and died when I asked how long it should run. The revision 2 years ago showed that there was still some interest in the contest but the details were still sketchy.

I didn't do so well at planning this contest. Perhaps a 3rd party could start it so that it don't look like I'm rigging the contest in my favor. Any volunteers?

I'm glad it was not a part of the wrap contest...lol RIP

if its gonna be cut vinyl everyone would have to make the same sign (size, substrate, layout, ect.) also i could bang out a sign in half the time as normal with a bunch of little bubbles that probably wouldnt be visable on camera that would also not go out the door looking like that , so idk how that would be regulated

I only use it if i want bubbles and wrinkles. (plus i didnt own one back when this video was made)

Looks like he's using very little solution.. you don't get bubbles on occasion when using the hinge method dry?

I didn't know doing the hinge method magically prevents bubbles.
