What is the common wisdom on pressure speed etc. for cutting laminated prints? Both high performance like 3m-180 and intermediate calander vinyls and laminates. Does anyone use a lower pressure and 2 or more passes? Do you test cut every time? Thanks, DK

i have used a sled in the past as it was the only way with my daigle. i really want to find a way to do without. i had much more success when the vinyl came off the feed roller. Worst case when it started to wave. i back it up an inch, lift the top roller then put it back down and continue...

laminating problem i have been trying to laminate cut sheets. And yes i have been very careful to load every thing correctly. Is this merely an expected result if not using the mounted feed roller and tension?

capping suction Ok so i wet the cap with no result. Did the filling routine. Finally switched out the upper portion of the new capping station with the old one. And was able to get ink flowing. is there any way to adjust these things or ?
