We got this error on the 110 today. Did anyone have any luck? I'm planning on trying to reseat it tomorrow when I'm back in.

I put the mounted foamcore face down on a large sheet of glass and trim off the excess with a very sharp box cutter. With practice it will come out looking very clean.

Thanks for all the suggestions. I'll probably do some stainless through bolts, and fill the holes if I go in a different direction. I went with polycarb because it was the material I had on hand after a sneezegaurd job.
Weaving it could be an option but I would like for it to go to the ground to keep the sand out. In the long term I'll have grass up to the fence in some places but in the short term it will be on the vacation rental market and I'm trying to keep the pool guy happy.

I've used 4over for banners and don't think the quality would be acceptable for 1-2 foot viewing. From 10ft absolutely, but there was still graininess from 3-4 feet from a vector text file.
