When they installed our FB500, one of the techs mentioned that there was a way to adjust the intensity of the UV lamps, but I can't seem to find any method in the manuals. Does anyone know how to do this?
We've got an HP 500, roll-roll, white ink option & rolling input/output tables that flip up and can be stowed away.
It takes about 3-4 hours to swap to white ink setup when necessary, but it's really handy.
We do some color print on colored coro, so that had to be an option.
The quality is good...

I have trouble with curves & rivets using 3551.
The Oracal 3951 w/290 lam. has been my go-to for a while.
We've been alternating between 3m & Avery lately, but with oddball/off brand lams & the air egress... doesn't.
I do a lot of repetitive decals in 1 or 2 colors on an Edge 2 & cut out of the same Omega file with an Envision plotter - a real die-hard system.
Sequentially numbered bar code decals run through this shop by the ton, and I really wouldn't know how else to do them except this way.

My company just picked up an Epson Stylus Pro 9800, and the people we got it from recommended "GhostScript" as rip.
I downloaded it, installed it, and read through the "read me"s and documentation.
I honestly can't make heads or tails of this thing - like it was written in ancient Greek...
Problem solved!
In cleaning the capping station, I noticed one of the perforated metal strips that sits in each of the four stations was missing. It turns out to have fallen down into the wiper area. I pulled it out with tweezers, cleaned it up & put it back, and now I have a nice red print...
