  1. FC7000-160 Center of Letters cut offset

I have started having a problem with my FC7000 cutting the center of the letter out offset. Not sure what the problem is or how to correct it. I am using CorelDraw X7 with Cutting Master 2. It might be a software issue and not a machine issue. Thought I would start here first. Any info or...
  2. FC7000 Pulling up corners while cutting

Sorry for bumping this back up after starting a new thread with a new problem. I'm starting to feel like a misfit here with nothing but problems. lol I still haven't been able to figure this one out. I have thoroughly cleaned the blade holder and lubricated the bearings several times. Also...
  3. FC7000 Cross Cut Problems (won't engage cross cutter blade)

I have a FC7000-160 and this thing is killing me. Maybe its telling me its time to get a new cutter and let this one go... I dunno The carriage is not going far enough over to engage the cross cutter blade. It stops about an inch or so away from the cross cutter dog and acts like its...
  4. FC7000 Pulling up corners while cutting

I have lubricated the bearing in the blade holder several times and that didn't help. Forgot to mention that in my original post. I haven't taken the dust cover off of the tool carriage yet. I'll give that a try tomorrow morning and see if blowing it out makes a difference. I'll lubricate the...
  5. FC7000 Pulling up corners while cutting

I've been struggling with this for a little bit now and am at a loss to get it fixed. I've tried a new blade/spring, adjusting the blade, and different settings, but can't see to get it to cut corners cleanly. Right now I have everything set as follows. Force 13, Speed 20, Quality 3, and...
  6. FC7000-160 Pen down after loading media

Never mind. I figured it out. I forgot I had a crosscut go bad last time I cut something. The cross cut blade was still engaged and the pen holder was caught up on it. Just had to pull the carriage cover off to free it up. I'm back to cutting.
  7. FC7000-160 Pen down after loading media

I am having an issue with my FC7000. I bought it used and it was working great for the half dozen or so cuts I did on it. I reset it by pressing the up button while turning it on. Now when I load up media it will check for the media and then drops the pen right where it is sitting even if its...
  8. Looking to Purchase a used FC7000-160

That's cool. I live in the Roxborough area. Now I know there's someone local if I need a brain to pick. Haha
  9. Looking to Purchase a used FC7000-160

Checked it out today and it seem to work great. They didn't have a computer to hook up to it and couldn't find any blades to put in it. So I just loaded some vinyl and ran a test cut from the machine. Everything looks like it ran like it should. Obviously it didn't actually cut the vinyl. I...
  10. Looking to Purchase a used FC7000-160

I have a chance to buy a used FC7000-160 for $750 from a sign shop that shut down. Is that a good deal for an older cutter that isn't supported anymore? Is there anything I should look for or check out on it? It hasn't been used in about 2 years and has been sitting in the back of their shop...
  11. PC60 Colorcamm opinions

We agreed on $275. It will be my first printer/cutter. I was looking at getting a US Cutter or something simular since it would be my first one. I figured I could buy this one, fix it, and have a better quality machine with printing capabilities for the same price as buying a cheaper low cost...

lol. Thats encouraging. Sounds like I just need a boat now.
  14. PC60 Colorcamm opinions

I'm new here and looking at buying a used PC60 for pretty cheap. The print head needs to be replaced on it. The local shop I use has it and wants $400 for it without a stand. I offered $250 since it needs a new head. I would probably use it 95% just for cutting. If it cuts without replacing...
