    Try using a spot color. It Might...this is how Caldera handles spot colors fyi...take it to Lab and process it that way. We with caldera have the ability to program CMYK values for a spot color. When converting to CMY...grays go haywire.

    I dont know the particulars on the Vuteks much anymore....I know our Agfa reads 36 & 40 respectively. Are you hearing the pumps running constantly? Or is it quiet and just pouring out? Quiet and pouring leads me to believe you have an air leak in the vacuum side and nothing holding the ink bank.

    Carpet would be Walk and Wall or similar. With a caveat....it CAN roll up at the edges or puncture.

    Sounds like the Vacuum venturi took a dump. No vac holding the ink back.

    I have a Ryobi from Home Depot....pretty inexpensive actually. You can mount it on a camera tripod and put it in the room or where ever you want to. Also has vacuum suction on the back of it in case you're in a tight spot and cannot use the tripod or a table. Sucks down to a wall or door...

    GF matched set or 3m IJ4 with 3645 depending on the budget for indoor or Walk & Wall and Alumagraphics Grip for outside. Walk and wall can be used for indoors but be careful with it on certain floors.

    If its hemmed and grommeted....fender washers, it can probably be used again if screwed into the existing plastic face. Shouldn't be an issue. Re-use...is a relative term as well. Sure its going to get hit by elements and all.

    lol...we dont router them. We have a Colex 5x10 table with knife blades and all. Just did a bunch of lettering supporting Docs and Nurses and such for a client.

    No adhesion issues at all with film on UV Prints. We turn the heat up some to allow the adhesive to flow to avoid as much silvering as possible. We do this day in and day out with a 5 year lam....the prints look great
