This time NY Aquarium....6 nice pcs 8.5x24ft 18oz banners with webbing and grommets. Its one you have to look at from a distance....wish the pic the installer took was higher res.

HI Sven...as a wholesaler I hear from my clients in NE NJ that its tight out there sometimes. Service sometimes doesnt cut it....client only looks at price which stinks. 5-6 per sq is probably on the mark for this area...maybe more north and west in the state.

Thanks everyone! And Craig...we actually were not installing the banner. That was the client on the site at the stadium doing that. Cant take credit for the equipment and all.... It is nice to see stuff like that going up. I have to get to another Giants game soon though!

We had nothing to do with design....just the printing on our HP Latex 850. SAP was done Solvent on our Vutek.

Just some shots of a couple high-profile jobs we completed in the past couple weeks. We were really Psyched about the Lady Gaga Job...printed 10ft hight by 63ft and 103 ft in single pc. on 18oz blockout. It was an insane turnaround time on it!! SAP at Met Life Stadium was done in multiple pcs...

ive been using Pitmann's house brand of 18oz and 15oz blackouts with decent results on our 850LX. Not a lot of mottling on it....but running in either 6 or 8 pass has done the best for us with appropriate heating. Recently ran a super long banner on it with no ill results.

The keder can be welded or sewn onto banners and typically are slid into or clipped into place on the tracks. I think Louis Green Corp. makes or imports the keder in different dimensions.

IJ 35 and Oraguard 210 are a good mix. Dont use it for vehicle lettering at all. it shrinks back.

Been there...done that. Our solvent prints have to really degas first before we roll them up. The hems when heated on our welder have a tendency to soften up the ink again and can really stick when put on top of each other soon after. We learned to slip sheet them when doing large qtys just...
