Banner... We didnt install..lol. They insisted on hemming with no grommets. Would have like to have seen pockets on it and that would have made it nice and flat IMO. They were limited with the old sign being there and covering it up to my knowledge.

Just got the photo this am from the client after the install the other day. A happy client! Feels like Ive been away from here soooo long now. We've been quietly doing our thing all spring and into summer now with little time to chat and look at the forums!!

Yea...these guys are one of my favorite crews to use for install when I need them. They do a fantastic job for me.

We print loads of styrene with the Vutek and get excellent adhesion. Usually a medium to double low for us.

Printed on our LX 850 on Oracal vinyl with matte OL. Client installed last nite. This client allows us to post pics of the work we do for them.

PVC banner or mesh will be tough. You can use a Knifed PVC banner similar to a Seemee2 or Ultralon IV. I think that will last longer....but not by much. That material is tougher to seam with higher heat requirements for sure but much better than a laminate pvc like typically utilized. Im of...

Dont forget with the wrap in that pic above, you likely need 2 inches to BOTH sides. I know VW can do that pretty easily.

Sounds like the computer went belly up. We have had data lost as well on caldera...but its backed up in 2 locations as well. The biggest issue if the server on the network freezes and we have a tab with multiple images in there, we typically loose them. Thats been the worst of it for us.

I have one from QMLS....their house brand 64 and have had excellent support and its a solidly built machine for the money.

Maybe if you call for it in french it'll come back to you.

A few years back NJ did away with the ability to do that....then reinstated it. Not sure of the legal-ese going on with that but it is quite annyoying driving down the road. You always have to look at BOTH prices when coming up to the fuel up. Wawa, QuickChek and wholesale clubs like Sams...

IMO...I wouldn't even attempt to go Non OEM on the latex right now.

Typically you draw it through....not push. Push would likely blow the dampers.

I like the gamut and quality of the latex over my roland. With the roland though, I can put cheap banner or PS Vinyl thru it and it prints all day if I need it to. The latex I utilize for my higher end work where the quality really counts for my clients.

Latex is good and bad. IMO an eco solv can still be better as you can run More media thru it than you can the latex. Lesser grade vinyl banner and such do not work on the latex. Lately even ultraflexx banner has been sub-par on my latex as evidenced when printing items with a fair amount of...
