i am trying to cut decal kits with decals ranging from .25x.5 up to 4x6. It is on 3651m 36" w/ a lamex 5mil luster polycarb laminate. cutting on the mimaki cg130fx. i have all 3 pinch rollers set on edges and center. When i run through the cutter it wanted to pop up in between the pinch rollers...
I just painted my 06 forester flat black i used SEM Trim Black. its in a gallon you reduce it and spray, very easy to laydown. i am buy no means a auto body guy and i did it my self turned out great IMO.

I already went under tools> options> 5- images and went to twain device. i have the right scanner selected. i clicked apply and ok. doesn't seem to do the trick
I am trying ot "scan to vector" in Gerber composer version 2.6 and i am getting this error. also get same error in PS CS3 when i go to import. I tryed disconnecting and reconnecting all cables for scanner, with no luck. Went into the scanners folder and did a test scan and everything worked fine...
Here is hte image i am working with. We are trying to acheive a cartoon look. with only a few different colors used. i have looked on google for a few hours with no help besides a few that for me will day hours to acheive. didn't know if the was a filter that could make it easier.
Trying to find a way to turn an image into a cartoon effect. i have looked for filters, with no luck also tryed opening in AI and doing the live trace and paint. also not what i am looking for. Any input would be great.
Print it reverse on clear vinyl or lam then put it on the smooth side of the fixture lens. That way you will not lose your lighting with translucent vinyl.
we have some nexgen foils not alot of problems work well for basic stuff. We tryed chrome foil on to gerber 220? i believe, clear and it would not stick so we had to back all the chrome with black first. So some problems but for the most part pretty good.
