    Check the funnel to see if it's clogged. Mine did this a few years ago and all of the ink that it was spitting out was running through the inside of the machine because it had nowhere to go. It was a pretty lengthy fix to get it all cleaned up.

    We're upgrading from our L25500 to a 360 next week, and I was wondering if there was anything specific I should know ahead of getting our new machine. Our L25500 has served us well over the last 5 years but its time to move on.
