All you need is the ethernet card for your plotter and you can place the machine on your network and cut from any computer. The Graphtec part number is OPH-A23.

That's a question best answered by a tech. I know mine had to disassemble a good portion of our machine to get access to where he needed.

I think I know what that is. You might have some fibers attached to the bottom of the carriage and they are getting dragged through the ink while its still wet. If you print banners, go look at the end of your roll of banner, if you see little fibers and thin hairs, those can easily get pulled...

Go Object, expand, click the box to convert all fonts to outlines. That works sometimes for me.

That is not a material failure issue, that was an installation issue. You can't stretch IJ180 that much in to those deep channels, it will not work, every single time. You can go ahead and do it all over again the exact same way, but you should fully expect that that vehicle will be back for...

I've checked every tab in preflight, not there. I checked the media settings in media manager and I still don't see it. I don't remember it being this difficult to find.

I need to print a translucent piece for a light box face, and I can't for the life of me find the box to check to tell it to overprint the image. This is in Onyx10. I've done it before, but for some reason I'm just not seeing it right now. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks!

I'm looking for some large window perf, 70"+ wide preferably, and If I could get it in black that would be perfect. Does anyone know of a supplier or merchant member that sells perf that wide? I'm trying to remedy my light box face issue from last week, and this seems like the easiest solution...

The day/night acrylic goes from black to white, so if I have the image subsurface you'll never see it. Does anyone know if you can digitally print on the surface of it, and get the same effect as you would as a regular white piece of acrylic or polycarb? As in, I print direct to first surface...
