  1. Exterior double sided tape for dimensional letters?

The smallest bit that works well on rebar is 5/32", Diablo Rebar Demon being the best. My question was actually to Andy D , sorry. I should have tagged him.
  2. Exterior double sided tape for dimensional letters?

Are you just not wanting to drill through the rebar or not able?
  3. Making Videos

I don't have time to assist on any projects, as mentioned in the first post, but here's a small and outdated one I put together a while back through Fiverr...

  9. Texans may not want to print today....

1° here at the moment. Our power fortunately hasn't gone out but pretty much everyone else we know has been losing it for 8 hours or more at a time. They say it comes back on in short spurts but not long enough to heat anything back up or even cook a warm meal. We've been bringing hot meals to...
  10. Pittsburgh area install assistance...

I may have a pretty large install coming up in the Pittsburgh area. Curious if there's anyone on here in that area that may be able to assist, or know of someone that may be able to. It's simple work, there's just a lot of it. Basically, there are around 11,000 acrylic tags that need to be...
  11. Gemini Sign Letters on Stucco Building

Are you actually using formed letters or are you using cut acrylic letters? If you're using formed letters (hollow backs), you'll need to stud-mount. Brad covered the install method pretty well. If you're using cut acrylic (looks nicer, in my opinion), you could tape-mount along with Lexel...
  12. Formed Lettering but the customer wants it glued instead of drilled

So Leech doesn't recommend ANY of their products for acrylic but the CUSTOMER  is recommending what to use? If he's just worried about the brick being drilled and the brick is smooth/even enough, you can tape-mount them along with Lexel. It will hold. If that doesn't work for him...

  14. Question How does everyone attach Acrylic to Stainless

Broken record here, but Lexel would work well if you give it time to fully cure.
  15. Need Help What do you use instead of this?

No offense taken! Wasn't sure how large your jobs were. The full coverage method can be done with the super thin VHB tape as well.
  16. Need Help What do you use instead of this?

Yeah, it's definitely expensive, but for some of these companies that are completely filling multiple 4x8 sheets with nested letters/pieces on a regular basis, it's not even a question...its hands down the best approach.
  17. Need Help What do you use instead of this?

I guess it depends on what the OP's version of 'doing a lot' means. If it's truly a large amount, the pieces can be nested within a section of the material, full coverage tape can be applied, and the letters can then be cut out resulting in already-applied full coverage application of the tape...
  18. Need Help What do you use instead of this?

Not sure why the 'hilarious' rating. I was being serious, unless I'm misunderstanding what you're trying to accomplish. :)
  19. Need Help What do you use instead of this?

Mask the entire back of the sheet with VHB tape prior to cutting everything out.
