We use Onyx to increase the color/saturation in the RIP itself. We have certain percentages we use regularly for things like this. You will have to experiment as your ink & color profiles are different, but 35% might be a good place to start.

Get a "Bill Collector" or "Big Squeegee" and do large passes to get it down most of the way, then go back over it to get any remaining air out. I'm pretty sure IJ35c is air release, right? FWIW, why not use cast vinyl?

If you're printing with a Gerber machine we like Arctic White here for a good solid white, Flood Coat White seems to be problematic.

Cast vinyl, properly outgassed before lamination, and lots of post heating and pressure should stay fine, but there are also vinyls made specifically for "low energy surfaces" that might stick even better.

Since 3M stopped making perf for the rest of this year (from what I'm told) they are spec'ing "unobtainium". Get the best quality 60/40 you can buy, and it'll be a comparable warranty to 3Ms vinyl and roll with it.
