Is the media buckling a bit right under the printhead? I've had a problem where I would get faint lines of horizontal banding every couple inches or so.. I believe it's caused by the media repeatedly going a bit high, then a bit low.

I get this too on ultraflexx 14oz blockout banner... seems like the ink outgassing does something to the banner as it's rolled up on the takeup reel. I haven't had the banners long enough to see if they go away but to avoid it on some smaller ones, I don't use the takeup. Would love to know if...

Just had a similar issue with caldera and my graphtec. You probably tried this - but closing caldera and restarting and the reselecting the job again fixed the issue for me.
