    Those are not the printhead fuses. Those are your power supply fuses. Think the 300i only has one fuse in the middle of the mainboard for the printhead. Small white rectangular one. Cant find any clear images of the 300i mainboard.

    have you checked what you are printing..Was there something on the page that you have placed the file over? Looks like an artifact under the file..Wireframe the file and see if those objects are under in in a layer.

    DX4 heads were around before the SP series of Rolands were released.. We used to use full solvent and mild solvent inks in those heads with solvent adapters. We also used the waterbased dx4 heads with solvent adapters. You are telling me nothing about DX4 heads..Learn your machine..Know it...

    Do a couple of heavy head cleans. You possibly have one nozzle not spaying correctly and leaving ink on the face of the head. Ensure your cap station and wiper are clean.

    Its all we ever had before Signlab came along. I still have Coreldraw4 as a backup program and it cuts perfectly. Load your cutter in Printers, wireframe whatever you want to cut, and print to that cutter.
