Vander J z thank you but unless I'm missing something these are for Rasterlink not Onyx, unless the profiles are interchangeable but I've never heard of that.
Paul, I totally agree but I just don't have the money to buy an eye1 right now but it is in the plans. Which eye1 do I need?
Thank you...
I'm getting ready to purchase Onyx 12 Postershop but I'm concerned with the fact that there are not many profiles to print with C-M-Y-K-Lt.M-Lt.C-Lt.K-Orange on the JV300.
Does anyone have experience with the Onyx profiles on 3M 180c or if anyone has any custom profiles they would be willing to...
If your going to be doing a lot of cutting & you want something that is truely reliable, trouble free & easy to operate you really don't want the cheapest cutter.
Bite the bullet & get a Summa they aren't cheap but they are the best & it won't let you down, cutting these long of pieces of...
I'm not at work so I'm not in front of my computer to use "Font finder software" but Nikki looks like Hospid and I'm not sure on the website but I'd say either Folio or Castle would be close
Good luck

I'm assuming your talking about vinyl cutters, I'll throw my .02 in and say from my 25 year experience Summa S2 class are the best followed by Graphtec FC class. The Summa S2 are incredible. Very very accurate, track exceptionally & cut very thick materials. Not sure what else you could ask...
I switched from a Graphtec FC to a Summa S2 T140 a year ago last December, we loved out Graphtec but it was getting pretty old & not running as good as it had, but the Summa S2 is just WOW.
If the Graphtec is the Cadillac of cutters, the Summa S2 T is the Lamborghini of cutters.
I don't have...
Pauly thanks so special ink is white & silver? I'm not sure if Rip Center has all the needed features or if it is stripped down. Once I get the trial version will I be able to tell which features are in Rip Center, Poster Shop & Production house?
Thanks
I doubt I will ever need to ask for font help ever again. I purchased FIND MY FONT, I'm pretty sure they are an advertiser on this site and can be found here. Find my Font | Identify a font from image, find font from photo, find font from picture the price is incredibly lowell especially...
Tom I'm using Signlab as my Rip, I've been very happy with it until I got my JV 300 with 8 color, it's not bad but needs some tweaking.
I disagree on sign lab not being intuitive I think signlab is very straight forward.
Here is our setup we have a JV300 and a Summa S2 T140 and 2 computers.
I design and send prints directly from my system, then send the cut data to our second system. I have been using Sign lab for both cutting and print & cut for years with very little problems.
Whe I purchased the JV300 (8...
I switched years ago, during SL 5 release. It was fairly easy you just need to learn which menu the tools / features are located. I haven't needed to worry about it in a couple years but at the time I switched over Sign lab had a feature that you could "Emulate" other programs tool locations...
Unfortunately I cannot give you the exact answer you want / need but my suggestion is to print a few small samples and change the imputed & output profiles. Then if none of these give you the desired output convert the file to CMYK or RGB. Just because the profiles match doesn't mean the...
Check out the Misaki especially the JV300 in 8 color configuration ( C-M-Y-K-Lt.M-Lt.C-Lt.K-O) using the SS-21 inks. The colors are incredible and the machine is a touch faster than the JV-33 with 2xCMYK.
When we print translucent vinyl we set the printer to overprint 2x, print delay of 1 sec, and uni-directional. I have tried the 2 prints on trans. / clear and I really don't like the look once done, if it is viewed from a long distance it may be fine but up close wasn't the look I was...
I am looking for this font, I know I have seen it several times but I've looked through all of my fonts
I tried to purchase Find my Font but something is going on with the credit card payment, I guess it has to do with using a debet card and overseas purchase
Thanks
Gary
I'm getting a new computer and Monitor for my design station, I'm considering a 27" IPS Monitor and I saw the Dell curved screen SE2716H
but I'm not sure how the curved screen will work for deign, do the horizontal lines look curved or wavy?
Thanks
Thanks for the reply & yes I saw that on the videos I watched but they were just cutting strips off of sheets so I wasn't sure if the DiBond and aluminum would be bent if you were cutting larger pieces but I guess it does.
Thanks again, leaning towards the KleenCut Steeltrak 250
