We have an S80600 and yes it does smell. Ours is in a room on it's own around 16'x20' with 9 ft ceilings and if you are printing a lot you can smell it inside the room. We recently put an exhaust fan in the room venting out the back wall and it has made a huge improvement.

Buy the blanks precut with the holes and corners already done, than look into flatbed printing them using a jig, if they are all the same size it should be very easy to set up a jig for this.

Must be a regional thing, none of the general formulations vinyls I've ever bought have had branding on the liner. I chalk it up to GF producing so many house brands for other people that it just made sense not to put a brand on any of it.

That seems strange to me, the cut file for a plotter is a few KB at most, plus I think most plotters would store the data onboard rather than pull the data over the network like a printer does. I'm glad it's working now though.
