That shows how to make it look like the printed fabric is wavy. I'm trying to get it to look like a 3d object is creating the wrinkles or that the fabric is wrapped over a 3D object....the wrinkles will have ro radiate out of the object. Thanks though.

Looks like you mount a magnetic surface to the wall first. The printing is done on the iron coated material. There used to me a "magnetic paper" material that worked like that.

Mount the sign to the frame with exterior VHB tape and you won't have fugly screws sticking all over the sign face.

My welder used to make 60" H-stakes for me from 3/8" steel rod for $10 each. Steel rod is pretty cheap if you've got a steel supplier near you. I'd avoid threaded rod, it tends to snap after wobbling in the wind for a while.
