If you're worried about wind load then fuse two 6mm ACM together with panel bond. If that isn't enough then weld a perimeter frame with internal stringers then panel bond 6mm ACM faces to that. If that still isn't strong enough you can always shoot stock car panel rivets through the perimeter...

Actually it's dead simple. When the tech installed my new printer he had it and the plotter working in about ten minutes. I told him it can't be that simple there's supposed to be all kinds of set up, sub net masks, ports, incantations and swearing. He laughed and said nope they're all this easy.

You may not want to mess with it. Some door handles are a PITA to remove and nearly impossible to reinstall.

Todays Insignifica: Blower is technically correct even when producing vacuum. Engineering spec'ed out ring blowers for the zero speed pasters I used to build. If I can remember the brand name I will post it. They were made to run 24/7/365. Zero help for the OP's current situation though.
