If you order from US Cutter, you might want to ask about shipping delays. I just got an email saying that their Memphis, TN warehouse is without internet and electricity so they are temporarily closed.

UsCutter.com has two 24" rolls in their Memphis warehouse and one 24" roll in their Seattle warehouse. If you need a 15" roll, they have one left in Memphis and none available in Seattle.

This is absolutely a scam. We get these emails at least once a month for either banners or screen printed t-shirts and they all sound more or less exactly the same.

I agree. We use Orafol almost exclusively in our shop. Problems with our central air system were causing the sudden spike in humidity. We didn't notice at first, as certain areas of our shop can tend to be a little warm in the summer because we screen print apparel here also.

I get that. I mean we get polycarbonate sheets with sawdust stuck to them and whatnot, but this was a surprise to me, especially after the sample I ordered had the typical pink plastic covering and no plastic fuzz. I would obviously prefer the sheared and punched blanks that we normally always...

The blanks are actually very consistent and nice, but these little particulate pieces of blue plastic are sticking to everything.

This is what I'd like to do. However, the existing panels have full coverage graphics. It's green and white, so I'm not sure if they used cut vinyl or if it's printed to match a specific color, but if the vinyl is removable, I'd be all for this.

I'm not sure. I didn't have time to call our suppliers today to check on size options, but I'm going to ask about that and pans tomorrow. I'm also not sure how polycarbonate stock is looking at the moment. That might be a factor.
