Just wondering have you had any luck with this printer?

I had this same issue a couple months ago, when installing new head in my vj 1204. If you pull hoses exiting maint. station insert a syringe in each line and do a easy draw with syringe, you should be able to pull ink. Do this with the pint head home.

I have flexi 12 in production manager when you do print cut files the hold box how many can you print and cut how many files can you hold in there??????? Thanks Brian

If I had too much air would it not draw? Would the fuse be blown?

So when I pull ink in there should be no air bubbles

It didn't pull ink all the way still air in lines close to dampers

The thing started! Why would it blow a fuse?

OK I have replaced the maintenance station print head and dampers I did a clean it started to pull ink into capping station, I did a couple clean cycles and nothing. Im confussed!!!!!!!!!!!

Did u do it yourself? How difficult was it?

I changed all dampers replaced maintenance station cant get ink to pull thru lines. I pulled ink thru dampers with syringe.Any thoughts would be Helpful. My nozzle check wasn't bad. I read people doing head soaks? Not sure how that's done. Thanks Brian

Once you change them is there a process to get it flowing? is this a messy thing wear gloves? I have already purchased them on your site.
