    I had that problem once. When I copy/pasted into my cutting software all the nodes in the round letters somehow got turned into lines instead of curves. Zoom in on your letters and make sure they look ok

    Come on... Who tapes a paper pattern to a wall for install. Glue your pattern to a piece of coro. Screw it to the wall in spots that will be hidden by a letter.
