Need to prime it with something that will stick to the foam. Latex does not stick to foam well. Matthew sells a primer for this.

I had that problem once.
When I copy/pasted into my cutting software all the nodes in the round letters somehow got turned into lines instead of curves.
Zoom in on your letters and make sure they look ok
It's unfortunate that this happened. But.. When you decide to repair a printer yourself and the repair goes south, for whatever reason, it's your fault and your problem.
This is the price you have to pay for owning equipment and being in business.
You bought a used machine.

Come on... Who tapes a paper pattern to a wall for install. Glue your pattern to a piece of coro. Screw it to the wall in spots that will be hidden by a letter.
