I've got it set in Production Manager to GERBER, 9600,e,8,1,xon/xoff. I have the HS15 plus HPGL selected (is that right for a 4b?) I can cut from the keyboard on the 4b and the lines are accurate. Does this mean its a software issue or I just don't have a port set right or something?

Its a 1" letter that plots as a 5" letter. Now the plotter has lost its mind.....fractured ovals, random lines everywhere for verticals and horizontals, its like it doesn't know where to go. etc. No blade problem...I'm using the pen.

Ok, I got the speed slowed down. Do you know why a 1" letter in flexi plots as a 5" letter? I have the size settings at 1" on the plot page. Also, the plotter is making fractured letters now. Any ideas?
