    Missed that part simple....sub it out if you can’t do it in-house. I’d just make sure of material being used. Most things I see are calandered / short term stuff. Put it up and within a few months - shrinkage!

    Sounds like you might need to relearn the laminating process or there is something not set right with your laminator or bad stock pics? if you are careful you can get bubbles out. You may see imperfections in the lamination when you do this. However over time these may wet out. Just depends...

    Reverse print the blue on clear Laminate with white vinyl with clear adhesive presto for bubble free install you could use the 3M vinyl for long term. For short term you could do the same thing with clear EZ Dot we did 100s of the EZ Dot not to long ago and it worked great for our client

    Did you discuss this with your customer? I would make sure to tell the customer that that is NOT covered in any way by you if it were to fail. It will definitely NOT be covered by the vinyl manufacturer CYA!!!

    We love our HP 570. Print on canvas and color is great. 560 is the cartridge version. 570 is bulk ink

    Tried it. NO DEEP CHANNELS (sprinter/transit). Tested and it lifts after time. Even with primer and low stretch. Had to remove the back portion of a wrap. Client changed their mind a few months later. Removal, not good. A lot of adhesive left. I won’t use it.

    Looks like laminate failure or improper lamination was used. Is that a calandered or cast lamination? For long term/outdoor use we only use cast.

    I’m sure you did but just in case..... Check your perf. We just had a few areas at the end of a roll where there was no/very little adhesive in very large sections! Are you on site when they are falling off?
