The head rank that's in there is an original head rank and you say it's not working.

It doesn't accept the number because it's not a Roland Head Rank. You'll need to get a new Roland head at this point. Good luck

What's the humidity in your shop? I see a fair amount of overspray on the edges of the cyan print. This always tells me that static may be a culprit. You should be in the range of 40 - 60%. The closer to 50% the better. The missing nozzle in light cyan probably isn't coming into play on that...

I'd stick with Graphtec or Summa. You can't loose with either of those. Decide if you need top of the line or if their lower level cutters still outshine most other brands. Good luck
