Like Pauly said, use Onyx swatchooks. First try the Pantone colour, then measure the Pantone swatch with your i1 if that's not close.
Having said that I had trouble on our 360s even repeating the same colour printed 5 minutes before.
Light/medium greys and pastels were the hardest to hit.

I'm pretty sure we also had to reduce ink limits for this media on latex because the holes were filling up with ink.
As said above, try the HP perf profile..
We have a flatbed to print boards, a Colorado for most of our roll stock and an Epson eco sol as backup and to print wraps.
Also a Zund to cut everything.
It's amazing how much work we can output with this setup.
