Got it fixed after wasting a few hours. Took out the PCI cards disconnected/reconnected everything and windows restore from an image backup I made a few months ago and working now. Think it was a bad connection somewhere and I made it worse by installing/reinstalling drivers a few times

It would be nice to have an AI software that could make print/cut ready contour cut sticker files. Open a folder with a bunch of customer submitted images and the software spits out ready to print/cut files with cut lines, bleed etc. all done as good as a human using illustrator
