any recommendations on what i can install without having to get a big a** heater for the whole shop?

Does anyone here print in a cold shop? i have problems every year around this time with printing. Material tends to give me head strikes when i print. I think its because its too cold in my shop. Does anyone have a solution for this?

I know I am setting myself up for a few jokes lol, but I need help making cuts on 4x8 sheets of acrylic with a circular saw. I'm trying to cut a 2x8 board out of the 4x8 but i cant do it without the saw cracking the acrylic. What method do you guys use for cutting acrylic with a circular saw?

I use a lot of Arlon banner material but it seems to frail up along side the corners a lot and the only way to stop that is by hemming the top and edges. But I've also seen banners that are not hemmed and don't frail up? Is that because of the banner material or because they used a "hot knife"...

We only ask for font names on Butt Ugly fonts because customers insist on that. Other than that yes they're ugly and if i was designing for scratch its a hell no lol

I've been wanting to expand my business to make channel letters for some time now. I just seen online that someone is selling a small laser cutter (3'x4') for around $4000. Do you guys think a laser cutter this size is okay to start off with or should i just get a larger (4'x8') laser cutter?

i should have probably stated earlier that its not a free service. Its a service a technician does. Once done though never worry about ink codes again. Cost is expensive but its only a 1 time fee
