    don't let upgraded power supply scare you from getting an HP, its what you need. you will need two 220 lines, it's not a scary as it sounds, a 220 line is two 110 lines put together, it's that easy...

    stretch silk, apply reverse cut vinyl, pour screen blockout on silk, run squeegee across it trying to get it all in one swoop, wait til blockout is almost dry and pluck off vinyl. ive made tons of screens like this.

    Age of your heads matters greatly. A new head will produce more consistent colors, older heads have a life of there own, sometime individual nozzles fire when they feel like it producing a slightly different color. IMHO
