Eliminate the small squeegee step. Problem solved.
The big squeegee is not going to mount vinyl as firmly as a small squeegee will. You can't apply enough pressure across the width. What's happening is that you're going back and compressing the air that's trapped under the surface and...
I recently got an outstanding offer to sell out my shop and go to work for a much larger company. We have an HP Latex printer but the "operator" is whining, and I do mean whining, that it won't print yellow. We have this giant color chart and there's not an actual nice, rich yellow on it...
The shield shape around the lion's head is not going to work with that whompussed looking sign shape....and I HATE white signs. White signs look cheap and generic and get dirty looking quickly.
Since they are replacing the faces anyway if you can get them to abandon the shape it will work out...
+1 on WS Display. Their stretched fabric stands are awesome and the price is great. I wouldn't try to do something like this on regular banner material, the weight is too much and they never seem to hang right. Tensioned fabric weighs next to nothing and stretches to fit perfectly.

Fifteen minute drive to bid on a large project? Absolutely.
Two minute walk down the street to bid on door lettering? Not gonna happen.
I've spend 3-4 hours just trying to chase down the name and number of the person I need to talk to about bidding a large project. I can dang sure break off...
Just started doing it a couple of weeks ago. I'll set up a company's logo and phone number in sizes ranging from 1" tall to 3" tall and send them a dozen or so with a price list for getting more. So far I've mailed them to 15 companies.....I've gotten 8 orders. That's a hell of a return on...
First of all it's Pepsi....that right there is a bigger deterrent to restaurant business than the ugly sign.
Pepsi will have $60 invested in that sign when it's all said and done....they'll make that back on the first order. Don't sweat it....nothing else has survived in that building. You'll...
