tried a new blade holder too with a new 60* blade..Results are the same..cutting is coarse on the right side (around 6 inches wide). Even the pinch rollers seem fine.
Hi there,
I am looking forward to a replacement Blade holder (blue) for my Graphtec FC7000. Are the cheaper compatible blade holders being sold on ebay recommended?
The price difference between these and the original OEM ones is huge. Any one here used a compatible one without any issues ?

Hello there,
I am facing a strange problem with my FC7000 off late. The cuts are very coarse on the right side of the cutting area. I say its coarse bcos when I weed the film on the right side, it doesn't come off as smoothly as the other areas.
This happens every time I cut and is not a...
wanted to make the payment thru paypal. Instead order was placed as an Invoice. Ross said that he will get back to me with the paypal details. There's no way to make the paypal payment online on the store. Or am I missing something ?
Do they ship to HongKong ? I have read about the discounts on other forums also. But don't know how do I avail of that.
Also will I get the spring along with the blades ? How much would the international shipping be (incase anybody here has ordered it outside the US) ?
Thnx

Actually its 8 mil (0.2mm) and not 8mm. Graphtec recommends the default blade is fine for cutting 8 mil paint protection film. So I don't think the blades are any problem.
I think I will have to mess up a little with Offset bcos somebody suggested that the blade is sunken into the film and its...
I had already turned ON the Tangential Emulation and also using the overcut feature. I am seeing an improvement of 50% in the weeding. But still the smaller shapes are giving a hard time and I am wasting a lot of material..Its simply not weeding like regular vinyl..:frustrated:

What should be the Overcut settings in Graphtec ? To be precise the starting point and end point lengths.
Also which Tangential Emulation mode would be ideal for cutting paint protection film , Mode 1 or 2 ?
I got it all cleaned up very recently when I had the cross-cut issue sorted out from Graphtec techs. But this issue has been there since i got my graphtec 6 months ago..
