Just wondering what do folks here use for cutting 3M Di-Nov series of Vinyl (10 mil thick). I am using a Graphtec FC8000 but having a hard time cutting small letters or cuts. I am using a CB09 45 degree blade. Are there any better plotters or blades/tools to cut this kind of vinyl with precision?

Are there any alternatives to the 3M Di-noc range? I mean cheaper but with similar, if not the same quality ?

My graphtec FC7000MK2 always tends to make a small cut on the vinyl before starting to cut the actual artwork everytime I start a cutting job. Is there a way to stop this from happening ? It does this even during test cuts.
