We got a FC8600-60 recently that came with a damaged pinch roller. We make transparent stickers for electronic devices on a 24" wide transparent film. 14. Why would my Graphtec do this ?

My graphtec FC7000MK2 always tends to make a small cut on the vinyl before starting to cut the actual artwork everytime I start a cutting job. Is there a way to stop this from happening ? It does this even during test cuts.

Looking forward to some new CB09 blades from ebay. Has anyone used these cheap blades before off Ebay and are they any good ? If they provide the cutting precision thats enough for me. Not too much bothered if they don't last long enough. My original graphtec blades are not lasting long either.
