  1. Tree Vector

Definitely Wacom, I've tried the cheaper larger ones and they're just too glitchy. Went back to Wacom.
  2. Epson 60670 Pausing/Hesitating?

Nope, it does happen less frequently now though. Might have been caused by lots of previous jobs left in the que. We do a better job of keeping it tidy now.
  3. Why with these horrible pop ups.

Yeah, I am also getting the full-screen cover-up pop up on EVERY page I go to on this site. Takes forever to finish loading then you have to close it to see the content you just clicked on. I think I'll take a hiatus and try again next week and see if it's gone. The little ad at the bottom is...
  4. Dirty yellow (SP-540V)

It's pretty straight forward. Pull the cover and you can access the lines easily.
  5. 5k budget, Looking at used printers, any recomendations?

I'd farm them out until you find a better deal. The Roland is definitely going backwards in technology (and quality). I do not know about the other one. Look around on FB Marketplace and Craigslist, call your local supply vendors and ask them to keep an eye/ear out. We picked up a couple used...
  6. Printer choice

I would have recommended the 60600 myself, it is what we went with. The dual CMYK seems to hit anything I've needed it to and we've barely ever used the white ink in our old 70675. The new Mimaki looks interesting also, but I have not seen it in person.
  7. Dirty yellow (SP-540V)

Cap tops, clogged/dirty pump lines or pumps going bad can all cause this. I think dampers can possibly cause it also but from my experience it is usually a from the cap tops down issue.
  8. CHEETAH and BAD APPLE!

Better tools make for better, quicker installs. Kinda like how you can usually get the job done with tools from Harbor Freight, but having a set of Milwaukee or Dewalt tools will make the job go a lot easier/quicker.
  9. CHEETAH and BAD APPLE!

We haven't tried these color options, but our installers are very happy with your squeegees so far. No complaints!
  10. Mimaki JFX200-2513 Idler/Tensioner pulley question

I tihnk I have put 3-in-1 oil in another very similar bearing in an old JV3 to fix a similar issue.
  11. Question What Reflective Vinyls have you used other than High Intensity Prismatic?

I hate that stuff. Anywhere you cut it you have to edge seal it and it is a pain to cut. Even if you do seal it it still seems to go bad after a couple years. I really really like the Oracal V98 reflective sheeting. Much easier to cut and install. My 3M rep told me that they have a new product...
  12. Gerber Edge LE beep beep beep

Maybe a dab of silicone once it is in place?
  13. Suggestions Art Station Vehicle Templates

We subscribe to PVO, but occaisionally there are odd vehicles that aren't in their library. We have bought single templates from this website before without issue. https://www.the-blueprints.com/vectordrawings/show/972/kia_rondo/
  14. In search of.. a true lime green reflective engineer grade

You could probably Edge print the color onto 280 white. That's what we would do.
  15. Anybody utilize a Maker Space?

Yes, we used one to first get our 3D printers built using the laser cutter and waterjet there before we could afford our own tooling.
  16. Punching/sprocketing machine for making my own Gerber vinyl?

I might be looking for one sometime also, it seems vendors are always running behind on stocking punched colors. If yall ever see one for sale, post up!
  17. Custom Squeegees - CheapWrapTools

So, how much are the single-color printed squeegees?
  18. Is this a clean print head??

You can run test prints from the menu on the front of the printer, no need to install the software.
  19. Printing white on Epson S80600

Yes, it accepts transparencies/gradients etc using the spot color. Be sure to use the correct process (printer profile/settings in the rip) when printing to achieve the correct opacity. You can print white at the same time as the CMYK or before or after the CMYK depending on your design/end...
