Well first off, you can't really expect tech support for off brand equipment. Secondly, speed doesn't cause wrinkles.....Crooked media or warped rollers causes wrinkles. You sound like you're on a wild goose chase there...

Laminating over cut vinyl is a horrible idea. It will tent around the edge of the vinyl. Print, lam, overlay your "special effects" vinyl, and rock and roll.

Not the whole thing flooded, just need a good, opaque black text with a small section will have a raster "carbon fiber" design. So pretty much just opaque black text which means thermal or black printed backed with white.

Just for kicks. Try cutting out the laminate around the crop marks. Could be it's too thick for it to read through the material...

Thats when you have to start charging. Endless revisions will run you out of business. After a couple revisions, start charging hourly and with each emailed proof, show how much time/$ they are up to. Will cut down the design time FAST and pay you for your time invested. If they don't like it...
