I really wanted to like wallfrog but for some reason, I always had trouble cutting it? or printing it. I forget which (it's been a while) so we just stick with phototex.. it cuts on the plotter very nice and my prints are always vibrant with the right profile.

We've definitely laminated alumacore signs printed on our UV printer. So far, no complaints or issues!

ALWAYS unload your media (you can keep it on there, just not loaded up ready to print like in your photo). that and humidity I've learned can cause issues. Our humidity can range between 40-60%

Yes, I've noticed after some time that if my contour cut is "behind" or "below" other layers, it will not show up in PM but it is there... separate and move that to be "on top" and you should be good :)

looks like you need to make the blue shadow it's own shape.... I don't know sign cut pro.... but if this helps: in illustrator you can select both the red and the blue and use the pathfinder tool to "divide" or "trim". That will kind of stamp out the shape so that the red is it's own piece and...
