40+ degrees is best but if you have to do it do it! Just make the client aware that problems may arise in the future and that you are NOT responsible for this if they still want the lettering up now. Otherwise, wait for the net 40+ degree day.

We clean ours daily. Around each head, wiper. We have not had anything like what you are experiencing.

Wrapping with chrome is extremely hard and give that you have only done 4. I’d say that this is way above your experience level. Chrome is not like normal wrap...

Well the previous wrap I had on my Shop truck was White Carbon fiber-Brushed titanium-Black Carbon fiber & Matt Lime Green stripe. The green was on top of the black carbon fiber. No problems.
The stripe cover the butt seam between the other 2 colors.
