    Create your own or try other profiles that you have. You have to remember that the profiles that you download are fairly good. They get you close. You still may have to do linearizations. Creating your a profile for your printer and work environment is best.

    As AMS said, and I agree, you should be using polycarbonate not acrylic. I would have used .177 solar guard polycarb of this myself. I've done plenty of signs like this over the years and NEVER have had a problem. Just an FYI....

    Sides are easy. The cab is normal. The most complicated is the area above the cab, of course. Do this in sections with 1/4" overlaps. Knifeless tape will work great. I wrapped this a few months back. Give me a call if you would like to discuss how I did the install. 262.548.0055
