I don't own a Roland and the only info I could find about it is to checking the cable ribbon. It may be a connection error or worst the main board connected to it is dead and needs replacement.
Unfortunately you will have to start over. This has happened to me before but for a different reason. The USB cord connecting to the computer was a little lose and it lost connection during the print. I don't think there is a way to continue where you left off.
I like watching football and basketball in person which is very rare to begin with. I don't find it as exciting as watching it on tv. I'm just not into sports and plus I have other fun distractions to keep me occupied!
Have you tried a different file to see if the colors have changed on that as well? It looks like you might have accidentally selected a different color profile.
It was lint! :banghead:
If you are facing the carriage the lint was stuck underneath the further right edge. I see a big improve now but there are still some tiny streaks. I'm pretty sure that's the culprit and I'll dig around to see if I can find more. Thank you Solventinkjet and Jester1167!
Ah so the media holders has some ink on them but I'm not sure how long that has been there since its dry. We got this machine a little over a year ago so maybe its time to replace some parts but it is odd that it happened so suddenly. I will take another look on the head surface and see if I...
So our CJV150-160 suddenly started getting streaks in our prints. I looked at the last job we did before the streaks appeared there is no indication of this starting to appear in that print. The photo I attach is a photo of 3 different attempts. I seen this happened before and doing the recovery...
Only way I can turn it off is by flipping the switch in the back and even then the carriage is still locked. When I turn it back on it takes me back to that error screen.
I have a some kind of wiper error on the screen and so I can't tell it to move the carriage. I know it can be released manually but I can't figure out how.
When we had a CJV30 we tried it out with light cyan and light magenta and didn't notice any significance in quality and within a year we switch it to dual CMYK.
How long have you had the printer? Is this a recent thing? I found an older thread where someone was having the same issues. Some suggested replacing the capping station and checking if you had the firmware up to date.
