The side effect of running a cleaning cartridge is that whenever you decide to pop the white or metallic cartridge in, you have to run a "fill ink" to get all the cleaning fluid out of the lines and ink into them -- but it runs ink from ALL 8 cartridges. Although I've never had to do it yet (we print smaller stuff) I've heard this is the answer, especially on solid color wraps. I THINK versa works has the option to invert alternating panels but I'm not sure where it is? That color shift seems pretty significant tho

Buy an SP300i or a VS300i all day long before you consider a bn20. You will want to upgrade the day you buy it.

You need to select all layers except the cut contour layer (in illustrator) and flatten transparencies. Then save and bring it back into versaworks.
