I use indy imaging. They are good quality and priced pretty reasonable.

Who have you priced it from? The two companies that I call when I need these is Indy Imaging or Z3 Graphics.

If you need hanging strips, why not have your plastic distributor cut a bunch of thin strips out of the drops? I get my roll stock cut at harbor sales, and I had them cut a bunch, and now if I need one, I just grab it from the bin, glue it on, and I'm done....no need for cutting it in house.

For that volume, you can't expect 100% accuracy, much less 150%. No one is perfect, and $&!t happens. To me, it sounds more like the boss has no clue about production. It appears to me that the company is one of those franchise shops, where the owners are trained by corporate how to "run"...

And that's the problem with customers today... I call it the Walmart mentality. "Oh, you mean you don't have 14 sheets of a precut material in stock?" When the customer seems surprised that you can't get it out, I sometimes will tell them that I have other projects that I am also working...

For print graphics, no. I have done some dimensional samples for customers, using gold leaf, smalts, and custom painting. But they don't leave my possession. Worst thing is I have a couple of really nice samples for my wall.

I'm a subscriber to Sign Craft. I get Sign and Digital Graphics, Signs of the Times, and Sign Builders, all for free.... Sign Craft is the only one I keep.

Have you checked out Harbor Sales. Not sure that they blind ship, but they are a wholesale only distributor.
