This is generally problematic for most people as most people use their phones and they have a natural distortion to them. In order to do it correctly you would need to invest in a decent camera.
It's tough to get a straight on shot, and you have to use a camera not a phone due to the...
So you want to mess with the ink density. So I would look at increasing the number of passes, ink density and since your laying down more ink but you are having more dwell time you will still probably need to tweak your heat setting as well. Maybe look at doing something like 16 pass with 120%...
If you have a scanner in the shop you can us it as well. I create my template piece, cut it out, sharpie the edges, create a criss cross pattern on it and scan it in a few pieces. Place it together in Illustrator and trace. No need to go to an outside place or spend extra time or money. Most...
Heat gun and time... Rapid remover to remove adhesive. Depending on how long the stripe has been on there and how much UV damage is on the original paint, there's good sign that you will see difference under the stripe. As far as the wheel goes, I have a guy here that used them all the time...

That's just fucking dumb. I'm sorry man, I thought it was bad up here when guys are charging $6 a sqft. How can they stay open at $1.75... I know that their still making a little money but damn, that's scraping the bottom of the barrel.
HP has just released a white ink with their new R series. Might be a little bit but I wouldn't be surprised to see it pop up in the next gen or two on the roll to roll printers.
So this not necessarily a yes and no question. A lot of it depends on what your doing. For example lets say that a client wants 10 12x18 parking signs. So rather than charging 2 minutes of shop labor to apply each sign, use a flat fee for that size sign.
But yes charge for artwork...
So I used an older HP Latex at one of my other shops and yes, it was a pain int he ass. The spindle front loading was a bitch and one reason we had kinda looked over HP when we were looking at new printers. However HP has updated their material loading and is just at easy as anything else I've...
