It all depends on what your doing. If your doing a color change that yes, wrap around the door. If your just doing a work vehicle we usually just cut flush with the door.

For you.... For me Flexi is really easy to use and with the the HP latex series they communicate together really well.

Like Deby said roll it with the premask on the outside. Also use a hi-tack premask this will also help out with the issues.
