Hello, Anybody have solution for ink cartridge error? My 9900 stylus is having same issue. Upon boot up it may recognize 10/11, 5/11, 6/11 or none but never all of them so I can use the machine. Changes every time I boot up. Using new refillable carts with a chip resetter.

Hi Im having a hard time getting a good print with the 1304 eco ink. We mainly do dye sub printing, but odd times we need to print on digital heat transfer or make small stickers. Decided to get something used for the rare times I need it. I attached pictures, its very grainy and looks awful...

Thanks! you were right ink splatter on head cables, after cleaning all pins got it back working! 12 years of printing I have never encountered this.

When you say board do you mean main board or the small CR head board?

Lost all 3 printers same day. Can somebody look at my attachment and let me know what caused this? It is a nozzle check on a rj900x dye sub printer. Where can I start troubleshooting? All parts maybe 6 months old...New maintenance station, new print head, new dampners. Printer been running...

I think you’re right! I was thinking that too, dropping colors. My rj900 was notorious for that too. I will try lowering my cmy values. Thanks appreciate it!!

Im stumped if anybody can help. Just printed and pressed 50 hockey jerseys and on some panels my grey is slightly pinkish. It does not match. The printer is not laying down the same ink all the time? Impossible to tell by looking at the print its self prior to pressing as it all looks the same...

ive had this on 3 occasions. If all fuses in working order. 1. little ink charge -fixed it 2. head was not seated low enough on install 3. maintenance station not pulling ink. replace/inspect cap top, station pump.

Both heads maybe 2 years old. Last week my nozzle check was 100%, now the head is going in the garbage. It is too bad I cannot get more out of these dx5 heads. My printers definitely don't run everyday. Thanks for feedback!

this is the second time my dx5 head stopped working, slowly losing all nozzles with every clean. Upon removal of head noticed ink/air is leaking from the side of the shiny face plate. I would like to flush my Mutoh dx5 head used for eco solvent to accommodate dye sub ink. Anybody know if the butyl cellosolve+acetone formula would do any harm to flush it? 4:1 or 5:1ratio? I would flush the lines and install new dampers.
