We bought a USTech type laminator years ago and haven't had any major issues with it. Not going to say that it is as good as a major brand, but I don't know that it isn't either. I'm sure that when you don't feed in the vinyl straight in any machine that it will get off through a run.

More then settings, its been actually finding media that will print that fast that has been my issue. I run it at 130F/240F with MDP at 1.2.

Is all you are wanting to do is design on the other station?? If so just grab a Designer license, it can't output on its own it but it comes with basically all of the design options of the Pro version and can output to the Pro's Production Manager. Its what we do here.
