Having a copy your files away from the shop is key in case of theft or fire...

I always layer panels from back to front to avoid the leading edge but never had any failure with printed/laminated or layered graphics on trucks on the leading edge in 25years.
Trucks, Vans, ... Wind deflectors on Semis too...

I don't collect anymore but did collect beers cans from all over the US and Over Seas back in the 80's. Have a few hundred, some very unique cans and cone tops too. Been in storage for about 25 years... damn, now I feel like I need to dig them out...:cool:
I've used RT-2 a few times and it worked well. Maybe you received a bad batch? If I had to install at that temperature to meet a deadline I'd do it dry with an air egress digital print. If they needed a Metallic Gold or Sign Gold type vinyl I'd layer on top dry.
