Make sure the crop mark with the extra horizontal bar is in the upper right hand corner and is in line with the carriage or it will not find the crop mark. John

I switched back too. Occasionally had trouble with the CV3 adhesive when I had to pull up and reposition the vinyl. I have no issues with the old stuff and have never had anyone complain about the cross hatch pattern either. John

Yes, it takes some playing around with the program to get good results sometimes. I find it works about 80% of the time for me and finds a correct or close match. John

Not sure how many files you are talking about but you might need to get someone with flexi 10 to open and export all your files to an earlier version of flexi. John

It's nice to not have to but seaming a wrap does not make it "cheap" in my opinion. I occasionally use my SP300V to wrap small trailers etc. and have to use seams. My customers are informed of the procedure and have never complained.John

Knock on wood, but I've never let up on the pressure on my laminator unless I am not using it for a long period of time and never had an issue. John

Try sending them over due invoices weekly that are stamped all over the envelope in bright red PAST DUE! Worked for me! John
