We've been using Enroute for several years. It a good program. Wish it didn't have a dongle though. We like to do toolpathing at home sometimes but if you lose your dongle in transit you have to but a whole new software program instead of replacing your lost dongle!! That's really expensive!

Sounds to me like they got a batch of bad paint. As someone said, maybe the store mixed it wrong. I hate to think they painted all their shutters with this stuff. If it is bad paint it will have to all be stripped off and repainted. And the best you will probably get from the store is the cost...
