Thanks Unclebun, I figured it out. Turns out I was downloading the printinstaller files for ONYX version 19 instead of what I have which is version 12.2....once I downloaded the correct one it was good to go!

Hi Folks, I'm installing ONYX thrive onto a new computer...I've installed the software no problem, but when I attempt to install a printer from the printerinstall file that was created by the download manager I get the attached message. Anyone have any ideas?

Yeah I'm not educated with putting dry erase on painted wall, usually i do the same as what Reveal1 mentioned and can't speak to the various properties of different brands/types of dry erase when applied to a painted wall.
