From My understanding the RollsRoller has a fully welded stand and base with one solid sheet of glass.
The Roll-X has a welded base but the leg assemblies bolt on. Also it uses a 2 piece glass top. Both brands use a clear cutting mat.
I can tell you the roller has a lot of pressure. Dont get...
To make myself clearer. I mean by hard copy to mean "I own a physical copy that doesn't need internet access to check the license". It could use a dongle or just a serial number. The time based license that a subscription offers is the weak link.
Even though I prefer owning a copy, we do...
On a serious note. I wouldnt touch that job without a way to print it. They dont have enough money for me to stand at a table and weed that mess. Im not sure I would want to do it anyway. You'll be the a-hole because aunt suzy's name got misspelled. F that!

Now days I would be looking into Displays and not old school boards. More freedom for your client and a monkey off your back. Last traditional menu board we did 7 or 8 years agoand the client still calls me for inserts. Never has time to wait and is always rushing to keep up with menu changes.
Yall can keep anything east of 35W. I will be happy dealing with Fort Worth and cities west!!! As bad as I hate our code department here it's defiantly not as bad as out yalls way.
