Doesn't really matter, It's all about brush control & paint viscosity and takes practice, practice, practice to master. Get some striping and lettering quills and have some fun.
I hand lettered and striped for many years and rarely get requests for hand lettering since the digital age...
Pass on the removal; your most likely asking for trouble.
If your a gambling man you need oven cleaner that contains lye. Not sure if it's still available.
I like pic 2 but would try in demand marketing centered on the right side in a different font with marketing, sales, consulting under it with a break line separation. I also like #5
Gerber's vinyl is made by 3M and goes through an extra cleaning process to remove surface contaminates that can/could effect Thermal printing like when using the Gerber Edge. 3M 7125 colors are the same and less expensive.
Banners are temporary signs and should never be film laminated.
If your customer want to pay a bit more roll on a thin coat of ClearShield liquid laminate.
It's a crap shoot sometimes.
What really pisses me off is when I order a roll of vinyl and it gets dropped in a box without plastic covering or core holders and shows up with scars and bent edges.
